Common language & consistency across manager/leader behaviours
The Wayfarer management development programme is designed to support individual managers and leaders from diverse departments / divisions of the business to come together as a group (10 max) to learn the foundations, the language and practical application of many of the tools, perspectives and insights from both the Helmsman and the Meta Navigator Programmes.
With full participation and commitment to the programme, it has proven to significantly enhance management effectiveness and sets these leaders up for success in their current and future roles in a way that meets and exceeds team, department and business requirements.
