The Meta Navigator Programme is one of the best investments I ever made in myself and my team. It’s a powerful and rewarding programme that has taught us how to think smarter, feel deeper and act wiser.

Meeting Mary T in 2021 was a turning point in my career. As an executive coach, she guided me in uncovering my true self as a leader. She created a safe space for me to reflect, peel back layers, and challenge my approach to leadership—particularly in terms of the impact I was having on my team, peers, and family.

Mary T has an incredible ability to connect with people and really understand what makes them tick. She is empathetic and intuitive and can quickly get to the heart of a matter and offer valuable insights that helped us all challenge ourselves and one another.

I experienced the program with two different teams (our leadership team and as one of the Territory manager for our overall team of Regional Managers). I have always had an idea of directing myself through some kind of inner compass - in my thoughts, during challenges, milestones in life, opportunities, changes…  Having had the opportunity to work with Mary T twice the past three years (on two different in-house Leadership development programmes), has given me an overwhelming enhancement of this inner compass.

Through these sessions with Mary T, in these groups, I realize I have now also been given a map to the surroundings in which I navigate.
