The programme far exceeded my expectations. We spoke about very serious things, and very personal things, it never felt forced with Mary T. There was a feeling from the word go that we were in a safe space and that calm and reassuring approach with no sense of panic or stress or urgency is something I would try to replicate.
Don’t change a thing! The programme was brilliant, and I think Mary T’s warmth, empathy and real dedication to the course and participants was so refreshing. It surpassed all the expectations I may have had and Id love to be starting it all over again.
