I am so grateful to have taken this programme. It was truly a brilliant learning experience. This program has the power to transform lives, and I think it could make a big difference to other functions in the business. I have a feeling that it’s going to be almost impossible to top what we’ve achieved, now that the bar has been raised so high, but I wish you luck 😊
Mary T has an incredible ability to connect with people and really understand what makes them tick. She is empathetic and intuitive and can quickly get to the heart of a matter and offer valuable insights that helped us all challenge ourselves and one another.
I experienced the program with two different teams (our leadership team and as one of the Territory manager for our overall team of Regional Managers). I observed a remarkable similarity in its impact on team bonding in both teams. Additionally, I have noticed that the team members’ commitment to supporting the program’s sustainability has been very encouraging.
