We started working with Mary T about 3 years ago when we launched our leadership programme. We started with our Leadership Team and followed up last year with our 3 key support teams. Since then, we have noticed very concrete improvements in our teams, in our leaders and staff and in our culture generally.
Our staff have a better understanding of each other, they are more open to each other’s ideas and challenges, they dare to be themselves whatever challenges the team are facing and they are able to hold difficult conversations whenever needed. This has all led to a greater team performance, where the teams show more dedication to their jobs and are always ready to help each other across the organisation.
The insights and learnings that Mary T shared, has allowed me personally to become a better leader, to create a safe, fun and highly performing environment where each individual can develop his/her competences and are able to be who they are at all times.
