I found your unique approach to the program to be the defining factor. Your total emersion in the program along with your sincere interest in the human story behind each of us was remarkable. You made the difference. You engaged with each of us at a very basic, almost vulnerable level and then brought us on the expedition to discover who we really are, who we can be and who we can be as leaders.
