The Meta Navigator Programme is one of the best investments I ever made in myself and my team. It’s a powerful and rewarding programme that has taught us how to think smarter, feel deeper and act wiser.
Mary T was an amazing coach and facilitator who created a safe and supportive (and fun!) space for us to explore who each of us truly is as a person/leader when you strip away the façade we use to protect ourselves day-to-day. It is this very exploration where the transformational power of the programme comes into being.
We now seek to challenge ourselves – to always seek better outcomes, to always take ownership, and to always find a way. We have developed new mindsets and habits, and gained invaluable insights and skills enhancing our effectiveness, collaboration and innovation, ultimately improving the outcomes for our business, retailers and internal colleagues, as well as our personal satisfaction and happiness.
