Mary T The Leadership Whisperer

Mary T has positively influenced the lives of 1000’s of people, throughout Ireland and Internationally (Sweden, India, UK and the US) with her transformational team leadership, cultural enhancement and executive coaching programmes.

She does this, by igniting a greater capacity in the leaders and managers who engage in her programmes to lead with humility, empathy, courage and compassion, which supports them in creating thriving psychologically safe cultures in their organisations. In addition, she builds on their inner capacity to self-regulate, handle complexity, uncertainty, brings clarity to the constellation of choices they face on a daily basis and to courageously navigate the nuances of people behaviours and dynamics.

Mary T’s style reflects a person-centred approach that is uniquely innovative, fresh and truly practical that creates extraordinary results and is rooted in the actual way that people learn and those learnings are integrated in a way that is genuinely sustainable.

In her quest to ignite her own inherent truth, she is dedicated to her own continuous growth and learning in the areas of psychology, neuroscience, leadership, communication and in facilitating the transformation of leaders, their teams and their cultures.

My Philosophy

If we are to create sustainable thriving organisations of the future, it starts with the right kind of leaders at the helm.

 Leaders who choose to believe that things can be better (businesses that are more creative, flowing, innovative, collaborative and highly effective). It’s about Conscious leaders who have the will, commitment, consistency and courage to work on themselves from the inside out; where firstly they consciously work on anything that inhibits them or blocks them from fully showing up as a great leader. This then enables enhanced communication, improved self-regulation, higher comfort levels with empathy and compassion resulting in more open and effective collaboration with their peers and everyone they engage with.

It also leaves them with the ability to hold each other accountable, embrace uncertainty and vulnerability, have each other’s back and together co-create the solid foundation that is a culture of true psychological safety for everyone. In such an environment, for example, people at all levels can freely express their opinions, share ideas, feel a sense of belonging, be more innovative and creative, genuine, comfortable offering feedback and challenging the status quo and other’s opinions without fear or risk of retribution.

All Executive Coaching and Leadership Development programmes focus on more than cognitive learning, in addition, all the learnings are offered in a way where they are felt, understood, integrated, practiced and sustainable. Working with Mary T in this space offers an enhanced way of being; a new leadership paradigm – it expands a new and better way of ‘how we do things around here’.
